Also, you may also consider focusing on the different contexts which plays a major role in deciding the power equation between three players. The different context can be Market condition, Technology or Power. You may also consider the following topics. Collective Bargaining and its impact Flexibilization of workforce and its impact on collectivisation. Further Job insecurity in the context of globalization, privatization and finally liberalisation of the economy Gender and union membership .

Sustaining Labor-Employer Cooperation Labor union and class conflict Labor Unions and their role in wage settlement. Labor union and its impact on efficiency and voice The relevance of trade union in the United States. Trade Union and Democracy Performance management in the unionized settings. Employer-Employee relationship in the context of layoff Employer Employee practices in Europe and the US. Finally the right to strike and lockout Trade union and employee retention Labor relations in a new gig economy.
