Paper instructions: Conduct a research in the workplace. Identify the elements which make up an “ethical employee “. identify some ethical situations employees might encounter in the workplace. Discuss the situation and identify steps employees can take to make the best “ethical” decisions possible. Also consider researching the correlation of business ethics and how it relates to creating an ethical environment within the business. Review companies and their ethical practices as a basis of comparison. Also consider the role of human resources in creating an ethical environment for employees and consider changes caused by the COVID-19 environment.

Provide evidence (statistics, data, charts, studies, etc) that supports the position and claims. This essay has to be 10 pages long. Collaboration writing to prepare draft and finalize group report. The following group collaboration session (s) must be scheduled from October 5 – October 12. This will allow members to review, discuss, fine-tune their findings, and incorporate their research findings into one organized, coherent report. Groups must make certain that all information researched supports main topic, has one voice, has coherence, and follows APA style format.

During the collaboration, writing period (Oct. 5 – 12) groups will meet to review individual research writings, discuss order, and prepare the following sections of the report: (1) Title Page, (2) Abstract Page, (3) Introduction Paragraph, (4) Conclusion Paragraph, and (5) Reference Pages. For this portion, team members must adhere to the following: 1. The researched information must be merged and follow APA report style. Group report draft must have a length of at least ten pages (not including the Title, Abstract, and Reference pages).The Reference page should list resources used in the research of the report in proper APA style (review Blackboard resources for support).

2. It is the team’s responsibility to cite sources when using exact words from references. Be careful not to plagiarize. 3. Team should review the criteria used to grade report provided on page 2. Make sure to review the report for adherence to these elements. 4. Make sure to select a collaborative app (Google Docs or MS Word Share) to edit and refine the report as a group. 5.
