Under the Importance subheading you will list each construct one by one and explain why you feel that construct is important and provide one example of how it could benefit a healthcare leader. Part 2: Write a short paragraph addressing one argument that supports your stance on a controversial issue (e.g., should the drinking age be increased; should we arm teachers; etc.).
