Objectives: Evaluate the impact of personal experiences and social identity on teaching effectiveness by addressing ones own implicit bias. Instructions: Using this modules resources: readings, video etc., take the time to reflect on yourself, your educational/career journey. How will you ensure that you are aware of your implicit bias and how will you work, in collaboration, with other educators to shift your reaction and response to your bias. Create a narrated PowerPoint that will capture your learning of your implicit bias and the importance of not working form your implicit bias.
