In this assignment, identify at least three experimental learning strategies. It will help you gain insight and understanding of the cultural group/subculture that you may not gain through traditional research or “classroom” methods.Using the Kolb model for experiential learning, you will prepare a paper highlighting your strategies,
sharing your observations, reflecting on your experience, articulating key insights and learning gained
through the activities, and making generalizations about how what you have learned may be applied in
future contexts.

You will submit this paper at the end of week six.  You should take the time to document each experience or activity shortly after the experience. In order to capture main elements and your immediate thoughts following completion of the activity. Taking the time to capture your thoughts, observations, and experience while it is still “fresh” in the mind is important.

These “journal notes” will be useful for you to reference when preparing your Experiential Learning Paper due at the end of week six. Your paper must include THREE strategies, as well as your experience while carrying out those strategies. Provide a reflection for each experience. Discuss the relevance of your reflections and observations by sharing how this impacts your thought patterns and beliefs, for we know that these also have potential impact on future actions and decision making.

Your paper should be approximately 4-5 pages. Use a clear introduction and summarizing paragraphing that begins and ends the paper. It is highly suggested that in the introduction you share any preconceptions or assumptions (i.e. thesis) that you held going into this portion of the project. You should also make sure that you clearly address these again later in the paper during your analysis or discussion of what you observed/experienced and your reflection about this. Make sure you use APA citation format for your paper. However, you do not need to prepare an abstract.
