This week we move into a more ‘art’ side of project management, looking at the concept of Risk Management. As we look into our our personal preferences, many of you would be considered Risk Adverse (meaning we avoid risk), while others may consider themselves very Risk Tolerance (meaning we don’t mind taking risks). The way that we personally view risks, may impact our ability to identify risks during a project. For this weeks journal entry, we would like you to identify which type of risk personality category you would fall into. Then, like module 5’s discussion, we would like you to find a digital artifact that represents either you or your ideas of what “Risk Management” means to you.

You are welcome to use any kind of artifact that you would like – an image, music, a poem, a website, a picture – anything that represents to you the role estimating has in project management. You will share the artifact via the discussion board including a reflection of why you selected this artifact and the connection that is has to process for you. You can either attach your artifact to the discussion board post or you can simply link to it on the web. Your initial post (minimum 200 words) should be posted by Friday, with replies to two classmates (minimum of 100 words) by Sunday. https://youtu.be/IP-E75FGFkU
