 Critical and analytical discussion on the impact of the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic on adults aged 18-65 who suffer with Mental Health conditions in the UK. And the implications this will have on patients presenting to Primary Care (GP) services in the future for their mental health and well being, and  also its impact on long term mental health conditions. Module learning outcomes:  Consequently. aLL 4 outcomes need to be covered. 1. Hence critically discuss theories of mental health across the lifespan and contemporary approaches to supporting individuals in crisis. 2. Then critically review the management and organizational issues related to provision of services related to mental health and finally the pandemic within a range of work-based settings.

Thus current evidence base. Then strengths & limitations. 3. Model appropriate multi-professional, evidence-based inclusive practice using a critically reflective approach to enable personal and professional development. Systematic reviews / randomised control trials (using several pieces of evidence). (Literature search strategy not needed to be included). 4.
