References should be current (2018-2022). Provide a brief synopsis of how the APN used the EBP article to implement a change. Next, examine the dilemma and ethical issue that the APN encounter when planning and implementing an EBP project based on her research. Finally, discussed how the APN implemented the EBP. What are the possible barriers? Example: If the APN work in the Emergency Department (ER), she could have worked on ER triage and ER wait times. How did she implement the project in the ER and what are the barriers that she encountered?
