We will continue thinking about Rutgers as a case study of an organization; universities are complex, but various theories may help us understand how they function. For this week’s discussion board: Explore the structure of Rutgers as a university by looking through the Rutgers website. What are the main administrative and managerial offices? What are the components of the university? Describe how you see the university functioning.
