There is competition in the area with a new medical center that was just built a few miles away. This large waiting room needs to be remodeled in a manner that is innovative, customer-oriented, and functionally efficient. When it is completed, it should bring in healthcare consumers.

Extra points are given for creativity and for projects that demonstrate your understanding of the total project management information system. Some “doctoring” of your project may be necessary to allow you to demonstrate the use of the project management processes and procedures required for this assignment. The paper should follow the processes outlined in the class materials. Submit preliminary information for the project above. Your paper must include the following and follow APA Style and citations. Your paper must be 7 pages, excluding Title, References, and Appendix pages. Include information from 2–3 resources.
