How can social media activism be used as a tool to voice issues related to discrimination? How can young people create and use social media to develop awareness, agency, and voice? 7. Choose a current hashtag social justice movement to research. Some examples are #blacklivesmatter, #takeaknee, #metoo, and #marchforourlives, but you can use any movement that is important to you, as long as it relates to discrimination, oppression, and power.
