Read 2 articles in Week 9 Readings and Media and discuss the following. Ethics is about right and wrong and choosing the correct behavior. However, it is often more complex. An ethical dilemma, for example, may require choosing between two values that are both “good.” One of our articles discusses the difficult choice between the goal of justice for people and the goal of loyalty to an organization; each is valued and important. Let’s consider ethics and the person who is “climbing the ladder” to more senior leadership roles.
