Can you recognize the distinction between catching an emotion (e.g., your boss is angry so you catch that anger) and reacting to an emotion (e.g., your boss is angry so you become afraid)? o Do you think that your emotional reaction was colored by the fact that you had already caught your boss’s emotion? 2.
